Hello, 

 

Welcome to the Hillsboro High School Homepage. The staff at Hillsboro High School prides itself on preparing all of our students for college, career, or the military, while providing them the foundation to be well rounded, productive members of their community.  This focus has become the cornerstone of many of our initiatives such as the Indian Pride and P.B.I.S. programs both of which have come to the forefront in our educational landscape.

Hillsboro High School offers a wide variety of academic programs and courses to cater to our individual student needs. With over 30 Honors/Advanced Placement (AP)/College Credit Plus (CCP) courses offered on our campus, along with numerous fine arts and vocational related programs, Hillsboro High School has something for everyone. We also offer nearly 30 extra-curricular activities for our students in the areas of athletics and fine arts.

Our ever growing state of the art facilities, not only give students and staff the optimal environment for education, but it shows that Hillsboro City Schools strives to keep our students current with the trends of today’s technologically advanced world.  As the state graduation requirements continue to change, Hillsboro High School continues to adapt to the educational needs of our students. We are now offering an array of Industry Recognized Credentialed programs, such as Ag Business and Welding just to name a few.

We are confident that our students are raising the bar not only inside the classroom, but outside as well.  We will continue to prepare our students to tackle the adult world head on, and we cannot wait to find out what new and exciting challenges come next.
